2. Information We Collect
When you visit, register, or acquire flacons through our sanctum, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Collector Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, telephone/mobile number, and delivery coordinates (shipping and billing addresses).
- Authentication Profile Data: When signing in via Google or Facebook OAuth, we receive your basic public profile details (display name, public profile identifier, and verified email address) solely to provision your collector dossier. We do not access your private friend lists, photos, or timeline posts.
- Bespoke Customization Data: Custom engraving texts and dedication messages requested for laser engraving on fragrance flacons.
- Telemetry & Order History: Consignment dispatch telemetry, order IDs, and Circle of Legends loyalty standing.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal information is utilized strictly for lawful purposes:
- To process, fulfill, laser-engrave, and dispatch bespoke perfume consignments.
- To authenticate your access to your private Collector Dossier and reward privileges.
- To dispatch real-time consignment tracking links via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- To prevent fraudulent transactions and comply with tax and statutory accounting mandates.
4. Financial Data & Payment Security
We never store complete credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through RBI-licensed, 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway partners (PayU / Razorpay / UPI).
5. Third-Party Sharing & Data Transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade collector data to third-party advertisers or brokers. Data is shared exclusively with necessary operational partners:
- Armored Logistics Couriers: BlueDart, Delhivery Express, FedEx for order delivery.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud & Firebase for secure serverless data hosting.
6. User Data Deletion Instructions
You hold the absolute right to inspect, correct, or permanently purge your account and personal records. To request data deletion:
- Option 1 (Direct Email): Send an email from your registered account to privacy@mytholis.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". All profile details, address records, and associated data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
- Option 2 (Facebook App Settings): If you authenticated using Facebook Login, you can remove our access anytime via your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > Mytholis > Remove. You can also view instructions on our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions Page.
