In accordance with Meta Platform Rules, GDPR, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, this page provides instructions on how you can request the full deletion of all personal data collected through our website or our Facebook Login integration.

Method 1: Direct Request via Email (Instant Processing)

You may request the immediate deletion of your collector profile, order history, and authentication records by emailing our data compliance team:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include your registered email address or the mobile number associated with your Mytholis account.

Our compliance team will verify your identity, purge all database records, authentication credentials, and saved addresses within 48 hours, and send a written confirmation of deletion.

Method 2: Remove Mytholis via Facebook Settings

If you authenticated on Mytholis using your Facebook account, you can revoke permissions and delete associated app data directly from Facebook:

Open your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites.
Locate Mytholis in the list of authorized apps.
Click Remove.
Check the box to request that Facebook notify Mytholis to delete all your activity and authorization tokens from our database.
